Rewilding-A walk within

Day 1: Fire - First, hiking into camp. Then with a guided meditation we will dive into the fire in our bellies and hearts and have a fire ritual to integrate our intentions and release what no longer serves us, allowing us to emerge whole and clear and ready to move forward on our path.

Day 2: Earth - Hiking to our final destination. Then adding a grounding exercise and chakra workshop to connect with earth and align our bodies for a deeper earthing and body awareness.

Day 3: Air - During our time at camp, we will engage in a practical and holistic learning experience which includes: a tarot card workshop to explore intuition and self reflection. A journaling technique class to cultivate mindful writing. And learn deep breathing meditation and practices to integrate deep breathing exercises as a daily ritual for continuous peace and presence.

Day 4: Water - The day we hike out, we will put our practices to use and create our own focused meditation, a personal river of intention to carry us home. Along with this exercise, we will build a powerful closing ceremony before we pack up and return to the wider stream of the world.
