In the mountains of White River National Forest in Colorado:

4 days and 3 nights of nature and connection with a focus on returning inward and rewilding ourselves. Where backpacking meets intention.

*This retreat is designed to accommodate all experience levels, with extra support for those new to backpacking or mountain environments.

Daily Breakdown

🔥Day 1: Fire

Our journey begins hiking in to Camp 1. Once settled, you’ll be guided through a meditation that invites us into the fire in our bellies and hearts. From there, we’ll move into a fire ritual to integrate our intentions and release what no longer serves us, allowing us to emerge whole and clear and ready to move forward on our path.

🌍Day 2: Earth

We continue hiking to our final destination. Once there, we’ll move into a grounding exercise and chakra workshop to connect with earth and align our bodies for a deeper earthing and body awareness.

💨Day 3: Air

During our time at camp, we will engage in a practical and holistic learning experience which includes: a tarot card workshop to explore intuition and self reflection. A journaling technique class to cultivate mindful writing. And learn deep breathing meditation and practices to integrate deep breathing exercises as a daily ritual for continuous peace and presence.

🌊Day 4: Water

The day we hike out, we will put our practices to use and create our own focused meditation, a personal river of intention to carry us home. Along with this exercise, we will build a powerful closing ceremony before we pack up and return to the wider stream of the world.
